Google Chromebook 11

With HP Chromebook 11 laptop, HP dips its toes in the still not-so-popular world of Google Chrome OS world for the second time, following the release of its Chromebook 14. The second HP Chromebook is considerably smaller, with a 11.6-inch screen and 1.04 kg shell. The device seems like a perfect travel companion, of course for those of us fond of Google web-based services. Its white magnesium housing with fanless design is certainly durable, while the battery provides up to 6 hours of operation. There’s an optional micro-SIM slot for 3G/LTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, as well as Bluetooth 4.0. The processing power comes courtesy of Samsung Exynos 5250 CPU and 2 GB of RAM, while there’s 16 GB of SSD memory for user files. Add a 100 GB free cloud storage service from Google on top of that and HP Chromebook 11 comes off as a neat alternative to Windows-based small laptops and even some larger tablets.
