As sad as it is to bid Bambi a fond farewell, it’s pretty hard to pass up hand-stitched deerskin leather as an option for footwear uppers, and so we present the Gold Cup Authentic Original Chukka. This latest release from Sperry Top-Sider, the original boat shoe brand, sports the inclusion of eyelets plated in 18k gold, the ultimate accessory when stomping down the divots or running ropes out at sea. Hand-burnished leather in a combination of colours is offset super-stylishly with contrast stitching and laces, and lightly toned soles. Suitably priced we think at US$170.
