Gobhi 65
I was introduced to gobhi Manchurian and gobhi 65 in south India and loved them both. Gobhi 65 is an appetizer and snack. I can have then any time with tea, breakfast, lunch or dinner. My whole family loves gobhi 65 and gobhi Manchurian. My daughter likes it when served hot with green chutny or chili sauce. It is covered with batter and deep fried till the batter becomes crunchy and the cauliflower is fully cooked.
I often make this at home as a evening snack with tea. Those who are calorie conscious might find this a little fattening but trust me it is worth trying. You can enjoy this once a week or fry them in olive oil to make it more healthy.
