Less than two years after the couple bought their starting home in Beverly Hills, Calif. For $ 8.5 million, Variety reports that it is on the market for $ 9 million.
The Biebs and his Mrs. are currently calling a $ 25 million Los Angeles property, so it makes sense that the duo are offloading that property.
A year ago, the 26-year-old singer let his millions of social media followers enter the quaint residence. "I think I want to sell my house in Beverly Hills who wants it?" Bieber captioned one of the photos, later adding, "I'll sell it with all the furniture. MAKE AN OFFER."
According to The Los Angeles Times, the 1930s colonial Monterey home offers over 6,100 square feet of space and includes five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a library. It is also said to have several luxurious features including a library, wine cellar, and home theater.
While the artist hasn't posted photos of all of these pieces, he has given followers a glimpse of his expansive living space, kitchen, and impressive art collection. Fans also noticed a few personal touches throughout the tour, including a photo of the Biebers snuggling up.
