Happy Fall Everyone! I’m back with your weekly gluten free menu plan. It feels good to have my regularly scheduled posts back up and running. Fall is officially here and with that I’ve provided you with a plethora of hearty fall friendly menu ideas to help you with the season transition. With autumn comes scents and notes of pumpkin, spice, and everything hearty and nice. Hearty soups, artichokes, and eggplant are part of this weeks menu. Now to just get my kitchen regime back to how it was and we will be in business. Alas another work in progress.
