Gluten Free Menu Plan | October 26-30, 2015

We’ve made it to the final week of October. Crisp cold mornings, shorter days, and longer nights are upon us. Winter is rapidly approaching and I’m just not ready. I love fall; the cold nights, bundling up in sweaters and blankets, hot cider, apple pie, brightly colored leaves, and hearty one bowl meals. However, my body despises the fluctuating barometric pressure and inconsistent temperatures. More often than not, I’m unable to enjoy the season as much as I would like. Still, I count my blessings every single day and do the best I can, when I can. Which brings be back around to the topic at hand; this week’s menu plan. I filled the post with plenty of healthy, hearty dinner ideas to keep you warm and full as the countdown to daylight savings time (and winter) begins. Happy Pinning :)
