Hello November. I know I’m a week late with my November introduction but can you blame me? Temperatures in my neck of the woods have made it seem more like July than late fall. And with daylight savings times giving us an earlier sunrise, all this sunshine and warmth has been pleasantly surprising and surreal at the same time. But listen, I’ll take all the heat that Mother Nature wants to give if that means we will have a mild winter. I can only hope right? But before I ramble on any longer catch this weeks suggested menu plan. Plenty of fall inspired dinner dishes to keep things interesting. I promise to get more food posted on the blog this month. I know recipes have been severely lacking. Please forgive me. Between fibro flares, my day job as a teacher and my night job as a entrepreneur I’ve been busier than a worker bee. O.k maybe not that busy but you get my drift. I’ll never forget where this all started. Back to basics it is.
