Gluten Free Menu Plan: May 4-10, 2014

By Calvin Eaton @glutenfreechef5

when-life-gives-you-lemonsWhen life gives me lemons I make the sweetest most delicious lemonade with fresh Meyer lemons. Ok I am exaggerating just slightly but my point is that I am skilled in seeing the best in not so awesome situations and rolling with the punches of life. That being said this week’s dinner menu is full of simple yet hearty salads that are easy to put together no matter how crazy, busy, or hectic your becomes. Even better is the awesome paleo breakfast for dinner recipe that is the perfect shake up the monotony of the mid week. But enough of my rambling. Check out the recipes below and give one, two, or a few a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Live well. Be well. Eat Well.
