Hopefully it’s fun and sun in your neck of the woods as today marks the “unofficial start to summer 2015. I live for the easy, breezy, lull of summer and hope that we have finally and officially crossed the threshold on crazy weather here in Upstate New York. Here’s to finger foods, family, fun, and more sun. Happy Monday!Plenty of simple salads and sandwich options to choose from in this week’s menu. Three cheers to Eating well.
