Gluten Free Menu Plan: May 11-17, 2014

By Calvin Eaton @glutenfreechef5

good-things-come-to-those-who-work-their-asses-offAnother week. Another dollar. Another dream. Can you believe we are already four months into the year and just about half way through the month of May? Time sure flies when you are busy, having fun, and patiently plotting, planning and waiting. I’m doing all these things and more (in no particular order). I am in an especially impatient mood since I hate waiting and being patient. As a result this week’s menu plan is full of my most simple, quick and easy recipes that won’t take forever to put together or wait too long to enjoy a good meal. A wise woman told me that good things come to those who wait. I believe her but waiting still sucks :( Oh well I’ve rambled on long enough. I’ll keep cooking, waiting, dreaming, planning and working until all of my dreams are a reality :)
