Happy Sunday! And First Day of summer! I am filled with joy, gratitude, and happiness on this wonderful day. I’m also apologetic since I’ve been remiss in posting a menu plan for the last two weeks. Building a small empire got the best of me. It still feels surreal being the co-owner of my first bakery and I’m still reeling and asking everyone to pinch me. I literally cannot believe I am living out my dream every single day. It has been exhausting and maddening yet I feel nothing less than blessed. Before I ramble on too long let’s get into this week’s menu.
