Gluten Free Menu Plan: July 6-12, 2014

By Calvin Eaton @glutenfreechef5

summer sunHappy Sunday Everyone! I hope you had an amazing Fourth of July. I spent mine in the bakery all day. Actually I’ve been spending much of my life (and summer) in the bakery but that’s just the way business goes. Summer is flying by and finding a work life balance is proving harder than I ever imagined. But like all things in life I will get there. There’s no way to build a successful business but from the ground up and I am learning valuable life lessons with each passing day becoming stronger, smarter, and wiser in the process. I made out on half of my promise last week and posted just one new recipe this past week. The slow cooker is a life saver not just in the summer but all the time since it does all the cooking so you can spend as much time as possible sleeping, sunning, and relaxing. And really isn’t that what summer is all about? Get into this week’s menu plan and get out in the sun!
