We are knee deep in July and I’m already pinning fall inspired recipes. (Excuse me while I slap myself silly.) Ok. Now that I’m back to reality and summer; this week’s menu contains a variety of fresh, whole, and summer friendly ingredients. Keeping in line with our theme of easy, breezy, and fuss free there are salads, plenty of opportunities to light up the grill, strawberries + an awesome strawberry infused cool & creamy bisque for the dessert of the week. Who knew 2013 would be the summer of fresh strawberries. I simply can’t get enough! I hope your summer is shaping up to be just as productive as mine. Lord knows it will be over in a flash. Relish every single moment. (and takes lots of pictures too)
Happy July,
