Gluten Free Menu Plan: January 12-18, 2014

By Calvin Eaton @glutenfreechef5

The snow’s coming down. I’m watching it fall. I can’t say I’m all that happy about it or this harsh bitter cold weather. And to think this is just the beginning :( I’ve featured plenty of hearty yet simple vegetable based soup recipes as well as a few fan favorites. These dishes will keep you and I warm, toasty, and well fed all week. What’s your favorite dish to warm up to on a cold winter’s night? Let me know in the comments.
