Gluten Free Menu Plan: January 11-17, 2015

By Calvin Eaton @glutenfreechef5

Just like that the first week of the January has come and gone. Not without a bang of course as this week saw my part of the country hit with some of the coldest temperatures of the season. Bitter, biting, cutting, and cold. Definitely not my cup of tea. But I guess it could be worse. I’m glad to be surrounded by a warm home filled with warm hearts of a family that loves me and always has my back. But I digress. Let’s get back to the menu at hand. Hopefully you can find meal inspiration amidst this week’s selection to keep your belly warm and full all week. If all else fails brew yourself a cup of hot chai tea. Yes there’s even a recipe for that. Happy Winter :)
