Gluten Free Menu Plan: February 16-20, 2015

By Calvin Eaton @glutenfreechef5

We are in the thick of winter 2015 and I am more than over it. This weekend temperatures never reached above 0 with wind chills dipping well below -25 degrees. But before I ramble on to much lets get into this week’s menu plan. I’ve curated a collection of cold weather treats to keep you warm and toasty all week. It won’t be soon before long that winter will be over and the fresh smell of spring will enter the air.
