A mega watt fibo flare has made this week’s meal plan a day late. 😦 Fibro always flares at the most inopportune time and this past week was no exception. If you live with chronic pain like me, meal plans are a life saver when fatigue and brain fog make it hard to think and even harder to cook a full meal.
