It sounds shocking, but when you consider the storylines, it really isn’t that shocking. Glee has released Amber Riley, Harry Shum Jr, Mark Salling, and Heather Morris from their series regular contracts. They join the already released Dianna Agron as the original characters who have “graduated”. It was rather silly for them to find ways for Riley and Shum to come back last season, considering both their characters were attending schools in different states.
