Who doesn't love receiving flowers? Whether it's a surprise gift or a treat for yourself, flowers really brighten up a room and look lovely.
Serenata Flowers* sent me this lovely 'Bali Hai' bouquet which arrived just before Christmas. They were delivered in a large box, with a card that can be personalised to send a little message. Some simple instructions were also included, suggesting that I trim the ends of the stems and use room temperature water rather than freezing cold tap water. I've had flowers in the past so both suggestions came as no surprise, so I found a small vase, popped in the flowers and placed decorative pebbles around them to support the weight. They're still going strong now, living in a vase downstairs on the mantelpiece by the fire (we don't tend to use the fire, so they're under no risk of being scorched) There's a huge range of bouquets to choose from on their website and the option to select deluxe or grandissimo if you want to send an extra special surprise. With free delivery, they're really affordable too. The Bali Hai bouquet costs just £19.99 and I've even spotted a dozen roses for the same price! These Blue Denodrobium look amazing. I've never received blue flowers and with the color scheme in my room, they'd look great! With Valentines Day coming up, I'm sure places like Serenata Flowers are going to be really popular. You can take away the stress of visiting florists and trying to pick between two almost identifical bouquets, just by sitting in your pjs and browsing an array of options. If you want, you can and add extra items too, like chocolates and wine. Have you ever ordered flowers online?
