Gionee M3 has been launched with MediaTek Helio P60 SoC and a 5000mAh battery in China. It is the successor of the Gionee M2 which was launched back in 2014. Gionee M3 runs on an unspecified version of Android OS and comes in four color option – Black, Green, Sky, and Gray

Gionee M3 features a 6.53-inches 19:9 IPS LCD HD+ (1600×720 pixels) resolution display with a screen-to-body ratio of up to 90% and a waterdrop notch design. Under the hood, It is powered by the MediaTek Helio P60 chipset, Mali-G72 MP3 GPU and coupled with up to 8GB RAM + 256GB storage. In terms of camera, The smartphone is equipped with a Quad rear camera setup that includes a 16-Megapixel (primary) camera + 5-Megapixel (Ultrawide) lens + 2-Megapixel (macro) lens + 2-Megapixel (depth) lens.
On the front, there is an 8-Megapixel selfie shooter. The device packs a 5000mAh battery and supports 18W fast charging. For connectivity, It has a dual sim slot, 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB Type-C 2.0 port and a 3.5mm audio jack. The sensor on board includes an accelerometer, proximity, ambient light sensor and side-mounted fingerprint sensor. Lastly, The device measures 163.2 x 75.9 x 9.3 mm thickness and weighs 201g.
Gionee M3 Price & Availability
The base variant of the Gionee M3 is priced at 899 yuan (around Rs 10,203) for 6GB RAM + 128GB storage, the mid variant is priced at 959 yuan (around Rs 10,888) for 8GB RAM + 128GB storage. Finally, the high-end variant 8GB+256GB variant is priced at 1059 yuan (around Rs 12,022). It is currently up for reservation at Suning and will officially go on sale on April 13.
