Talk about a change of pace. True Blood‘s Giles Matthey (Claude) has spent the last few months as a fairy on the popular HBO show, and next up is a much different type of role. Matthey has joined the cast of the highly anticipated Steve Jobs biopic, as Jony Ive, Apple‘s Senior Vice President of Design. He will be joining Ashton Kutcher, who will play Jobs, Kevin Dunn who will play former CEO Gil Amelio, and J.K. Simmons, who will play early Apple Investor Arthur Rock.
The movie, entitled jOBS, will be filmed in actual locations such as Jobs’ childhood home, and the garage where Apple was created. Filming has already begun and the movie is anticipated to be released in fall of 2012.
