The ability to post GIFs in comments has already been used by users on Facebook and Whatsapp. This feature is used a lot on both these platforms. While the ability to post GIFs on Instagram posts was not present until now, it has now gone live for everyone. If you go directly to the comment section of a post, you will see a GIF button. As soon as you click on this button, you will see many GIFs in front of you, you can comment on any GIF post of your choice.
During the meta channel chat, Mosseri gave information about another new feature, which the company can rollout soon. The name of this feature will be lyrics in Reels. As the name suggests, this feature will provide users with the facility of lyrics in reels.
