Prosecutors informed the judge of Maxwell's status as she prepared for trial. Maxwell was recently tested on Wednesday November 18 and will remain in quarantine until December 18.
The prosecution team told the judge in the case file that "during her time in quarantine, the defendant will be housed in the same cell where she was already housed before being placed in quarantine, and medical and psychology staff will continue to check the defendant's health status every day. "
