You may have seen in my recent YouTube video about some bits that I've picked up to decorate my house with, but I felt perhaps you needed a blog too for the added inspiration. In this post I'm simply going to tell you the must have items for some style ideas for the best costume and for those who don't like dressing up but don't want to miss out, I've created some looks for a fashionable Halloween!
The Day of The Dead - Bride Costume
For this look I've simply thrown in a few accessories as like you'll see from all these looks, the costume itself is the main focus. You'll obviously need facepaint and personally I love a good wig for Halloween!
Ghost Ship Princess CostumeI really love this one, again because I am all about a fun coloured wig! Throwing in Essie nailpolish and dark makeup from Nars, you're ready to set sail with this one. I've actually added a temporary tattoo in there to the look a more pirate vibe to it.
Countess Chateau
For me this is almost a costume to go to when you're not 100% sure or have enough time to create something. Again the actual costume does the talking, but added details like these hold ups from Claire's can really add an extra personality to the look.
Zombie Air Hostess
Always going to be my favorite isn't it?! Give me a chance to do some special fx makeup and I'm a happy camper! Luckily you don't need to splat the costume with blood as it's already part of it, I've simply added Rimmel Colour Rush lipstick for added pop and of course blood red nails from OPI.
