Getting Active

Not only to get back in summer shape but also just to feel better. This includes catching a spin class, taking the puppies on a longer walk or even taking the stairs. It’s amazing how much better I feel when working out is a regular occurrence.

Although I have now gotten into a routine with my work out schedule, I am not going to lie it was kind of hard to get motivated at the beginning. This may sound funny but the way that I motivated myself to start working out regularly again was my outfits. I know it may sound crazy but there is something so motivating about putting on new and cute active wear for a work out. It’s magical, it almost gets you to the gym immediately!

The first place that I went when I wanted to on a regular active schedule was Old Navy. Not only does Old Navy have great options but their colors and prints are so cute, plus if you are super flat chested like me the sports bras are THE BEST. I am not lying when I say they are the only sports bras I buy.

If you need a little push to the gym to get back into swim shape (yikes) or just want an adorable work out outfit to wear around town (I do this) then I highly recommend popping into Old Navy because their latest selection of active wear is filled with bright colors and prints that are too good to be true!
