This weekend fellow writer Paul C. and I attended Philadelphia Comic-Con. We saw a lot of incredible art and met some awesome celebrities. A friend of ours had the pleasure of meeting Manu Bennett (Spartacus, Arrow) who she said was very charming and sweet. Another friend met Jason David Frank (Mighty Morphin Power Rangers) who was amazingly fun and waiting hours to meet with each and every fan. We also got to go to the Firefly/Serenity Q&A panel which features Adam Baldwin, Gina Torres, Jewel Staite and Summer Glau. The panelists were all friendly, fun, and very interested in their fans.
One of the best parts of these conventions getting to dress up and seeing everyone else’s costumes. There so many awesome cosplays but I was only able to grab photos of a few of them. Check them out below:

Overall I had great time, met some awesome people, and picked up beautiful art. If you ever get a chance to go to a local Comic-Con; do it!
