What we're feeling these days: Pantaleo (a tangy, floral Sardinian goat's milk cheese) Roquefort Le Meunier (sweet, earthy and peppery in perfection dimension), Oma (earthy, buttery Vermonter), augmented by candied pecans, fig jam, and grapes.

Ideal when accompanied by your favorite dry Italian white wine or a Brooklyn Brewery Local 1.
