Garlic, Ham and Cheese Scones

These days, hubby got so bored with eat out breakfast that he has been bringing home made breakfast instead.  So I need to be creative.
Have some left over baked garlic in the freezer, time to use it up.  So let's have Garlic, ham and cheese scones.
Garlic, ham and cheese scones
What you need:Yield : 6 pcs
50g unsalted butter, cube and frozen200g cake flour6g baking powder30g sugar
30g egg50g whipping cream10g yogurt 
40g baked garlic, mashed40g ham, cut into bits
Egg yolk for brushing
Method:
Rubbed cake flour, salt, baking powder and sugar into the butter until bread crumb like.
Add in the egg, whipping cream and yogurt.  Using a spatula, mix.
Add in the garlic and ham.  Press and fold.
Roll and fold to 2.5cm long.  Chill for 2 hours.
Roll to 2.5cm thick.
Using a 5.5cm round cutter, cut into 6 pieces.  
Place on baking sheet and brush with egg yolk.
Bake for 200℃ for 15 - 17 mins.
