You don’t have to spend a million bucks to look like a million bucks. As a college student with practically no money, I need my looks to cost less. That’s why I am an avid Goodwill, clearance rack and occasional garage sale shopper. I put together these two somewhat rock-inspired looks with nothing but inexpensive finds.
