Story: Gale starts when a young woman Emily (Crump) goes in search of answers. She learns about Dorothy (Swan) who might have answers to the uncomfortable visions she has been going through. Verdict on Gale
Gale is a short horror movie around the 30-minute mark. It follows a young woman who is searching for answers about her estranged mother. However, she ends up finding a much dark secret to a world she never imagined.
This is a short horror that explores a darker side to the Wizard of Oz story. It explores the concept of a much darker environment with a lot more evil things going on within. This feels more like a tease for a much bigger project that could become an amazing vision of the world. We have seen alternate visions of The Wizard of Oz but this could be the one that gives us something truly fresh.
Final Thoughts –Gale is a dark vision of the world of Oz.
