It was my long-time desire to experience roller-coaster and theme park but never got an opportunity before. The plan always used to get delayed and never executed.
As it’s believed, patience does pay off. Fortunately, my wish came true last year, when we visited Singapore and for the first time in my life, I got to experience one of the first and best theme park in Southeast Asia’s- Universal Studios, Singapore.
#Universal Studios
Universal Studios is located on Sentosa Island and is one of the main tourist attractions that should be visited.
It features 24 rides, shows, and attractions in seven themed zones which is inspired from famous Hollywood movies like Transformers, Madagascar, Lost World, Jurassic Park, Shrek, Sesame Street, The Mummy.

#Rides which we loved and recommend
- Cyclone coaster / Human do it first as soon you enter as later long wait can go for 80mins.
- Return of the Mummy – the best one as it takes you to the journey of Egypt through the roller coaster ride.
- Transformers 3D ride – was phenomenal, felt so real and thrilled that we did this ride twice. Don’t miss this.
- Disney World (the Shrek 3D) – again a good one and not to miss it.
- The Madagascar ride- is not a thrill ride, but it’s good for children.
#Unpredictable weather
Singapore is known for its unpredictable climate, so carry an umbrella or jacket as it may rain at any time of the day on any day.
Cover the outside rides and attractions like roller-coaster first when it is sunny or else due to weather change, it might close temporarily and you will miss it.
