For those of you that just tuned in, From Grandma with Love is a twice-monthly series that is one of my faves! I'm lucky to be the recipient of my Grandmother-in-law's beautiful wardrobe. She owned so many unique pieces, and I've had the MOST FABULOUS time styling it on the blog. It's a win-win for me because I ADORE vintage and a fun excuse to wear it!

Okay, I'm about to go all pink-geek out on y'all! In case you didn't know, PINK is my favorite color AND Valentine's Day is one of my favorite holidays. I LOVE the idea of LOVE! In honor of Valentine's Day, I've piled on pink gingham, pink fur, pink heels, and gold accessories!
I've already worn this jacket as the intended suit set in this post but wanted to show it as a separate. The pink gingham is such a happy color that it worked perfectly with a "Bisou" graphic tee that I found at Tarjay! Why not pair it with skinny jeans and heels for a dressy casual look?
One of my FAVORITE accessorizing tricks for adding some glam is to literally pile on necklaces - I love gold and pearls. It can be a little much, but it definitely elevates an outfit. Another tip for adding instant glam is to throw on some fur! Voila! GLAM Bam, Thank you M'aam!
This would totally be a "casual" outfit for Elle Woods in Legally Blonde! LOL! Actually, if you follow me on Instastories, then you saw that a Spring 2018 trend per Neiman Marcus is logos. They paired a graphic tee with a white blazer and tweed skirt. I shot this outfit last month, so I'm already on trend! :)

Happy Friday Y'all! We have so much going on this weekend! As we speak, I'm doing a fun photo shoot with Modern Luxury Dallas Magazine x Highland Park Village. Tonight, Mr. S and I are having an early Valentine's Day dinner from Eatzi's. Tomorrow, he is headed to Monster Jam with Little M. (Monster Jam is a monster truck show!) My friend is coming into town for Cochon 555 on Sunday! Whew, I'm tired just from typing it all out! What are y'all up to this weekend?
