Girona’s old town
Way up in the northeast corner of Spain, the province of Catalunya has its own language, culture and architecture. Full of shops and restaurants, the winding streets of the oldest part of Girona are vibrant with an abundance of nightlife.
Crossing the bridge late in the afternoon, we loved how the colors of the old walls were reflected in the river. The setting sun brought out the warm hues of the old buildings in Girona’s old town beautifully.
