Panama City Devil in Carnival 2013
Carnival in Panama City, Panama features “Devils” that are used to scare evil spirits away. The bigger the devil the better and more effective. They are also know for doing mischievous things, like smacking you with a whip if you challenge them. If you can overtake one, then the next year you get the bigger costume.
