Photographing Ha’penny Bridge at night
To add variety to your photos in Dublin, try taking a picture of the Ha’penny Bridge at night. This footbridge is one of Dublin’s most iconic sights and when it’s lit up at night it makes for a stunning photo opportunity.
To create this nighttime shot I used a long exposure. Since I didn’t have a tripod handy I placed my camera against a wall to hold it steady. The long exposure time made the water look smooth and brought out the sharpness in the bridge’s beams.
