Good morning friends and happy Friday, Labor Day and first day of September! Phew! I have so many of you sharing some exciting plans that you have going on this weekend and I can't wait to join in too! Originally Zach and I weren't going to do anything over the extended weekend because we have so much going on the next few months and into next year ( is it crazy we have three weddings to attend next year + our trip to Italy!? ) but of course an opportunity presented itself and we found our neighbors offering to watch both kids while we take a little trip with friends!
To say we have an amazing tribe out here is an understatement! So many friends and neighbors are so gracious to offer to watch Landon and Lily for us when we need a break. Parents you get that right?! We're heading to the beach and may not come back ;) Just kidding- but I am excited to get out of Atlanta for a few days and enjoy the sun ( praying-- at least ) and can I say sleeping? HA! #MomLife
Anyways let's share some fun things I'm lovin' this week! As always, I love hearing what you are enjoying to so please share in the comments below! Grab that cup of coffee and lets go!
1. MOH - My cousin Megan ( who pretty much is like my older sister ) Face Timed with me over the weekend and asked me and my sister Morgan to be her MOH's during her wedding come this February! I about screamed for a good 3 minutes. Let the planning begin! If you have some fun Bachelorette games/ideas let me know!
2. Dock A Tot- I can't share enough about how much I love our Delux and Grand Dock A Tots. I shared a bit on Monday on how it's been such an easy transition to grow with Landon and why I think every parent should have one ( especially if you have multiples or are a first time Mom ). Do you have one and do you love it as much as me? I'm actually planning to take it with us when we head to the Outer Banks in a few weeks!
3. Mrs. Pastel's - Calling all nursing Moms! I posted this picture on my Instagram about my new favorite treats and tea thanks to Mrs. Pastels. I recently saw another blogger share about them on her Insta Stories and how it really helped boost her milk supply! Not only is that true ( YES ) they are extremely sweet, delicious and I may or may not have wanted to order a few more of these dark chocolate caramel bars. The bars are all made with Fenugreek which is what what helps boost our supply-- and can I say again how amazing they are?! If you're nursing or need a bit of a boost- order these or other flavors and let me know what you think!
4. Game Of Thrones- So many of you were laughing ( in a nice way ) that I keep falling asleep during the last few episodes of GOT. I know- Grandma over here you guys! I can't help it! But yes, I finally was able to watch the Season Finale thanks to HBO Go on my laptop while the kids feel asleep early and WOW! How anxious is everyone for Season 8?! I won't share any spoilers for those that are still catching up too like me, or who just haven't gotten there yet. One word. INSANE.
What are you enjoyin this week?Share your plans over Labor Day!
