The newest single from this younger artist is a very powerful song using her vocals. The start of the song is very raw and intimate feeling with having very minimal instruments going on in the background. But it helps tell the story that she is walking around trying to find the person she once knew.
The main lyric for Wait For Me says “I don’t know you anymore” and also “You said you would wait for me”. To me, these lyrics talk about a young relationship and they are now dealing with both of them growing up and trying to figure out how that would work with each other.
Wait For Me is a song that everyone in their 20s would be able to relate when they have been in a relationship. The song has a good beat and the vocals are dead on. If you are a huge Alternative music person this song needs to be on your list.
