French Potatoes
Serves: 4
Ingredients500gms Potatoes (sliced)1 medium onion (sliced)1/2 tsp Paprika3 tsp Butter6 tsp milkSalt to tastePepper pd to taste
Method1.   Peel the potatoes and onions and slice them.2.   In a pan, put a layer of potato, then onion and then sprinkle some salt, pepper, paprika, milk and butter.3.   Continue making layers.4.   Then put on heat and cook with lid on till the potatoes are done.5.   Serve.
