French Crêpes for Breakfast

This morning we had French Crêpes for Breakfast!
They were delicious and as usual we had them filled with Nutella- Kuwaiti style!


Here’s the recipe I used.

1 egg
1 spoonful of caster sugar
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
110 grams of flour
300ml of skimmed milk/ you can use full cream if you wish
A Pinch of salt.

If you want more of an eggy taste, you can add another egg.
