Good news for Airtel customers. From now on, no more bothering with spam calls or messages. Because the company has launched a new technology based on Artificial Intelligence (AI). This new technology of Airtel will solve the problem of spam calls or messages. And for this, customers don't have to spend any money or download any apps. This new technology will be rolled out to customers from September 26 midnight. This technology will alert customers about spam calls and messages.

How will Airtel's AI spam call or message detect system work?

Airtel's AI spam call or message detect system can work on about 1 trillion records per day, according to the company. The company initially aims to detect and prevent about 100 million spam calls and 3 million spam messages per day.

Once the system suspects any message or call as spam, it will alert the subscriber as “Suspected SPAM”. Then the customer will select whether he will answer the call or reject it or whether clicking on the message is correct or should be deleted.

Not only this, Airtel's AI system will scan suspicious links in messages and warn customers not to click on these links. Airtel has created a special database of dangerous links, called Black List URLs, and based on this, links in messages will be scanned.

Airtel's system will even alert the customer if there is any sudden unusual activity on your phone such as frequent changes in the IMEI number of the device.
