This honourable court finds the financial secretary in person of Lady Com. Olumide Barakat O. guilty of two accounts

1. Contempt of the court
2. Article 6, section 3 [6]: Any member of the students union either executive, legislative or judiciary who fails to respond to summon/order served on him/her by the SUJC shall be given any punishment deemed fit by the council". The statement read.

The Judicial arm further stated that the punishment on contempt of court was invoked to uphold the dignity of the arm and to serve as an example to would-be offenders.
