FPE PRESS Reporter G.song gathered that the Federal Polytechnic Ede Radio station is now on air , a new radio station intended to reach a wide audience with an avant-garde broadcast ethos, has begun test transmission inside the school .
The radio station -located at the Electrical Electronics Department of the institution opposite the school Female Hostel - hits the airwaves and with the testing transmission it's expected to operate from 9:00am till 12:00noon from Monday to Saturday after which there would be a break in transmission.
As contained in a press release signed by the amiable Publicity Relations officer of the School Prince O.A lawal , he stressed that the establishment of the radio station was a dream fulfilled while enjoining staffs and students of the School to stay connected to the frequency.
Broadcasting on 98.1 FM, the frequency will daily entertain listeners with apposite content .
