Samsung has announced today that their next Galaxy Unpacked event will be held on January 22nd. Every year, three models are launched simultaneously in the company's flagship Galaxy S lineup. As a result, Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25 Plus, and Galaxy S25 Ultra are expected to be launched this year as well. But now there are speculations about a fourth model in the series. A new phone named Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim may come in the market.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim is being launched as the fourth model of the series?
A teaser released by Samsung has fueled speculation of the Galaxy S25 Slim. Where the four corners of the phone are shown. As a result, the S25 series is expected to have four models. Several earlier reports had claimed that the smartphone would be launched in the second quarter of 2025 i.e. between April-June. Whether the price will be announced at the Unpacked event or just unveiled remains to be seen.

The Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim variant is said to feature a 6.66-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2x display. The phone will be 6.x mm thin, hence its name Slim. It's also slimmer (7.6mm) than the current Galaxy S24. Like the rest of the models in this series, the new slim phone is also expected to run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor in all regions.
Despite being slim, the phone is rumored to have a battery capacity between 4,700 and 5,000mAh. It's bigger than the Galaxy S24, which offers a 4,000mAh battery cell. The camera is one of the highlights of the Galaxy S25 Slim. It may have a 200MP HP5 primary sensor, a 50MP JN5 3.5x telephoto lens and a 50MP JN5 ultra-wide-angle lens.
