Part of the collection at the Cold War Air Museum, this photo highlights the distinctive V-tail of the Magister, a French jet trainer from the early 1950’s.  Over 900 were built and served in air forces around the world, also performing with at least four national aerobatic display teams.  Besides pilot training, several nations used them for light attack duties.  Israel employed their Magisters as ground attack roles during the Six Day War of 1967.  Nikon D300 with 18-200 mm, processed in Aperture.
