Kanye West faces a lawsuit from his former executive and personal assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, accusing him of wrongful termination and sexual harassment. Pisciotta alleges that West fired her after subjecting her to inappropriate sexual texts and videos.
Pisciotta, who previously worked as an OnlyFans model before joining West’s fashion brand in 2021, claims the rapper initially asked her to delete her OnlyFans account. She states that despite promises to increase her salary to $2 million annually in exchange for deleting her account—where she previously earned $1 million per year—this raise never materialized.
According to Pisciotta, West demanded her availability around the clock and sent explicit messages that made her uncomfortable. One alleged text reads, “See my problem is I be wanting to fk but then after I fk I want a girl to tell me how hard they been fked while I’m fking them, then I want her to cheat on me.”
The lawsuit further claims that West sent texts describing his sexual fantasies in graphic detail, including one where he allegedly questioned the racial nature of his genitals.
Pisciotta also accuses West of escalating harassment by openly masturbating during video calls with her and prompting her to guess his actions.
She is suing the Grammy-winning artist for breach of contract, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and creating a hostile work environment. Despite being terminated in October 2022, she accepted a $3 million severance package which has not been paid to her yet.
