In addition to cupcake business owners, I will start interviewing other food business founders about their business. I will ask them how they got started and other questions. If you are a budding food business entrepreneur, these are some of the questions that I would like to ask. How did you come up with the name and logo of your business? How are you funded? Did you go to culinary school? What is the one item on your menu that you would want a food critic to taste? What's the best thing about having your own food business?
