When I think of Spring fashion trends, I am instantly reminded of Miranda Priestly’s quote in The Devil Wears Prada:
“Florals. For Spring? Groundbreaking.”
Well, what can I say- why reinvent something that works. While I was embracing my inner flower child last week, this week I’m literally wearing it.
With the help of eco-friendly fashion from H&M, I can now feel good while supporting companies that do good. H&M recently launched their “Conscious Exclusive” – a sophisticated dress collection made from sustainable materials. The various pieces are made from organic cotton, recycled polyester chiffon, and Tencel. Who knew that fashion could be easy on your wallet and on the environment?
And what better way to enjoy the sun and save the Earth. Not to mention, this was the perfect day, friends, good food, music, weather. Did I mention it was sunny? Luckily I had my nifty straw fedora. Very much the look for this season. Just keep a brush in your bag for the inevitable hat-head (insert sad face here).
