I have always had a great appreciation for a lovely skirt but right now they are kind of my thing, especially ones with flare. Skirts are very ladylike and feminine which is really how I would sum up my personal style. The beauty of a great flare skirt is that it looks good on ALL body types (defines your waist and covers your behind) and the numerous ways to style it. Skirts are great basics to always have in your closet.
I have had this skirt for years and have gotten so much wear out of it because I am able to wear it year round. During the cooler months I like to pair tights and heels or an over the knee boot for a more casual look. You can also mix up the look of your skirt by adding an edgier piece like a leather jacket or pair it with a sweater for a completely different vibe. If you don’t have at least a few skirts in your rotation I would be on the look out for them!
