Flipkart Big Saving Days Sale Recently ended. This sale continued from May 4 to May 10. During the sale, various categories of products were made available to the customers for purchase at discounted prices. However, even though the company is selling products at cheaper prices during the sale, people are still eyeing the e-commerce giant. Actually, this matter is related to ‘Sale Fee’. The company is charging a separate ‘Sale Fee’ on the products being given at a discount during the sale. People have not liked this caprice of Flipkart, which they are now complaining about on social media.

Several users on Twitter have complained about the ‘Sale Fee’ charged by Flipkart. The e-commerce giant is charging customers Rs 10 as sale fee during the sale. This fee is being applied to those products which are available for purchase at a discount.

The customer is not at all happy with this new move of Flipkart. Many customers complained about this through Twitter and said that Flipkart is looting customers by levying such unnecessary charges. At the same time, some have termed it as a new trick to earn money.

Flipkart was tagged in one tweet after another, in response to which the e-commerce giant finally had to respond. Responding to a customer’s tweet, the Flipkart support handle wrote, “We understand your concern regarding ‘Sale Fee’. Please note that this is a nominal fee on select products with great offers. This fee is applicable only on the first order of the sale. Also, this sale fee helps us bring you great deals and discounts on a wide range of products.”
