Love designer pieces, or perhaps just lusting after that pair of Jimmy Choos you still can't justify buying? Well you're in luck, as Flannels have just opened a brand new store filled to the brim with some of the biggest brands in fashion, nestled comfortably in Intu MetroCentre, Gateshead.
I went along to the VIP launch last week to have a nosy round the new store, located in the Lower Platinum Mall. Immediately I spotted the shoes - trainers first actually, as they've got a full stand dedicated to my favourites; Adidas Gazelles in an array of colourways. If sportswear isn't your bag, keep heading towards the back of the store and you'll find the selection of heels where there's everything from Valentino, to Michael Kors, Ugg and Giuseppe Zanotti.
They've also got a great selection of clothes - particularly the Self Portrait dresses which are the ultimate occasion wear. Why didn't this white one exist two years ago? It would've been perfect for my graduation! Now I need to find an occasion to buy it...or an excuse, really.
There's a range of clothing, shoes and accessories available for the guys with names from Gucci to Ralph Lauren, so that'll keep them happy whilst us ladies are busy eyeing up the heels and bags. And don't even get me started on the sunglasses, there's a Tom Ford pair calling my name...
